Shipping, refund, and privacy — explained plainly.

Shipping

Each order is prepared by hand after the chart reading is complete. Items are not stocked or pre-made.

• Lead time. Your basic data report is available immediately after payment. The complete annotated reading is delivered by email within 6 hours (1–12 hours for overnight orders). Jewelry recommendation and shipping follow within 7–10 days from payment.
• Worldwide delivery. We ship internationally. The carrier is chosen based on destination and current rates.
• Tracking. A tracking number is emailed once the package leaves our hands.
• Customs and import duties. Any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country are the recipient's responsibility. We declare the package honestly per local rules.
• Lost or damaged shipment. If a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) and we will replace or refund.
• Wrong address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reach out and reship after the address is corrected. The reshipment fee is at cost.

Refund & Cancellation

Because each piece is personalized to a specific birth chart, our refund rules are tighter than for off-the-shelf jewelry. The earlier you reach out, the more we can do.

• Within 15 minutes of payment, before viewing the basic report. Full $199 refund. Email us immediately.
• After basic report is viewed, before the complete report is emailed. We refund $169 — the order minus a $30 reading fee for the chart computation.
• After the complete annotated report is delivered, before the item ships. We refund $100. The reading and personalized recommendation are complete at this stage.
• After the recommendation is confirmed and the piece is being prepared. No refund, because the material and form are now committed to your specific chart.
• Defective or damaged on arrival. Email us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the piece or refund in full.
• Wrong recommendation in your view. If after delivery you feel the chart reading does not match what you experience, write to us and we will look at the reading together. Personalized readings reflect traditional cultural frameworks; outcomes are not guaranteed, and we are honest about that.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Privacy

We try to collect as little as we need to do the reading and ship the order. Here is exactly what we hold and why.

What we collect.

• Your first name, email address, birth date, birth time, birth place, and chosen life focus area — to compute and confirm your reading.
• Your shipping address — to mail the piece.
• Order details (plan, carrier, total) and the time of your submission — for record-keeping.

What we do not handle.

• We never see your full credit card or bank account number. Payment is processed by PayPal; we only see whether the payment succeeded.
• We do not run advertising trackers or sell your data to third parties.

Where your data lives.

• Form submissions are received via Formspree and forwarded to our service email.
• Payment is processed by PayPal under their privacy terms.
• Email correspondence with you is held in our service inbox (Gmail) for as long as the order is open and a reasonable archive period after.

Your rights. You can email 434338480@qq.com any time to request a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We respond within 14 days.

Cookies. Our site uses minimal session storage to remember your form inputs between pages of the same visit. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
